Terms of service

Insulation Quotes Walsall is an independent comparison and introduction service. We help homeowners find and compare vetted, accredited insulation installers and we pass enquiries to those installers so you can receive free, no-obligation quotes. We are not an installer. We do not carry out insulation work, employ engineers or fit anything ourselves, and we hold no installation accreditations because as a comparison service we are not the contractor. Our role ends once we have introduced you to suitable installers; the decision to proceed is always yours.

Any contract for insulation work is between you and the installer you choose, not with us. We check that the installers we work with hold relevant accreditations, but we do not guarantee, warrant or accept responsibility for the work any installer carries out, the quotes they give, the materials they use or the guarantees they offer. We are not a party to your contract with the installer. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a chosen installer is suitable, including verifying their accreditations independently before you sign, as set out in our guidance.

We provide this website and our introduction service with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the service or from work carried out by any installer you are matched with. Information on this site, including costs, savings and grant details, is general guidance and may change; it is not a substitute for a professional survey or advice specific to your property. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow it to be limited.

You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate, complete information when you submit an enquiry, including confirming that you are the homeowner or authorised to request quotes for the property. You must not submit another person's details without their permission, misuse the site, or attempt to disrupt it. We may decline or withdraw any enquiry at our discretion.
